Details of our terms and conditions are also available on this page. Please read these before ordering
STEP 2: Fill in the associated online order form as required.
You will find links to these forms on the ordering page (www.photeomix.com/ordering.html).
You can fill in the form to obtain direct information on pricing without committing to order. If you have cookies enabled, your personal details will be remembered by the form for the next time you visit. So if you are not ready to order, just close the window and come back to the form later.
After you press ‘Confirm Order’ or ‘Email Quote’ you will be sent the quote for your order along with a unique Order Number.
STEP 3: Check your email and download your personal PDF order confirmation and sample submission form.
Every quote sent to your email address is associated with an unique ID and will be stored on our system for 21 days. Beyond this time, you should ask for another quote.
Your quote is in PDF form. You will need adobe acrobat reader to open this form. You can get it free here:
Print the order details complete with your order ID number for your accounts department.
STEP 4: Obtain a purchase order number from your accounts department.
Provide your accounts department with your order details. They should supply you with:
- a purchase order number
- a intra community VAT number (where applicable)
We will need these details before we can process your samples. VAT will be charged at the French 19.6% rate unless evidence of VAT exemption is supplied with the order (provided either when submitting samples or by email to orders@photeomix.com).
VAT is currently not charged on intracommunity orders outside France (i.e. for orders issued from within the European community).
STEP 5: Fill in the order confirmation form
Enter the following into the appropriate boxes:
- Your purchase order
- Your VAT number
- Invoice (billing) address
- Contact name, telephone and email address your accounts department
STEP 6: Choose the fractionation and depletion spin columns from our list [For Proteome PAN profiling orders only]
In order to reduce the online form size and complexity, we do not ask you to specify the spin columns to use until you submit your order. These must be written by hand on the sample submission form and must equate to the number of columns chosen on your submitted quote. We will contact you in the case of any discordance before analyzing your samples.
The catalogue of available columns is given on our website.
- Depletion If you answered ‘YES’ to depletion, your choice should be displayed automatically on the sample submission form.
- Pre-fractionation PF1: The number of different pre-fractionation columns you have chosen will be marked clearly above the boxes marked pf1. Choose this number of columns from our list, and print their catalogue numbers in the boxes provided.
- Pre-fractionation PF2: If you have chosen ‘YES’ to a second pre-fractionation column, print the catalogue number in the box provided.
- Pre-fractionation PF3: If you have chosen ‘YES’ to a third pre-fractionation column, print the catalogue number in the box provided.
If in any doubt, we will be pleased to help.
STEP 7: Fill in the sample submission forms
Supply the details of your sample volume, buffer components and concentration where known.
If there are any special safety requirements for your samples, a space is provided to indicate what these may be. Please remember to contact us before sending any potentially hazardous materials.
STEP 8: Send the samples to us along with the completed sample submission form
We encourage our clients to indicate when they have sent samples to us. An easy way to do this is by replying to the email we sent to you, with ‘order sent today’ clearly marked in the email title header.
We will contact you on receipt of the materials if you ask us to do this.
